The benefits of massage and why you need one

Hi Lovely

Lets talk about massage shall we?

I've worked in the beauty industry for 11 years, safe to say I'd done my fair share of massages, working in spas for years I've lost count! I found myself having the same conversation with clients time after time, "Oh I last had a massage 3 years ago as a Birthday treat", or, "It was a gift for Christmas", and I used to think all the time you deserve a treat more than once every few years and not only if someone gets it for you. The benefits of massage are enormous and some might even surprise you so lets get into it, enough rambling on Leah.

Why you need to be having massage regularly

Aside from it being to relax and look forward to a treat after a long work day or the everyday stresses, massage has so many benefits and you need to be getting them ALOT more often than you probably are (once every 3 years isn't enough).
